A perfect morning fruit smoothie recipe stuffed with fruit nutrition, vitamins, antioxidants and potassium.  Healthy and delicious!

- 1 banana peeled and cut in chunks

- 1 pear-cored and cut in chunks-you can leave the skin on too!

- 1 cup of soy milk

- 1 Tablespoon of honey

- ½-1 cup of ice

-1 teaspoon of Chia seed *
