Many of us remember showing item-girl Yana Gupta without her panties during an event held by an international children’s charity in Mumbai.
A social activist in Lucknow has filed a case against Yana, the photographer who clicked her pictures and the organizer of the event for obscenity under section 292/ 293 and 294 of the IPC in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lucknow on Tuesday.
According to the activist, Yana and the photographer planned the whole episode for publicity.
