Airtel has finally launched it's 3G services and decided to launch it in an event in Bangalore as we reported earlier.The main reason Airtel launched 3G first in Karnataka is because this circle is Airtel's largest circle by revenue market share. The company plans to launch 3G services in all the 13 circles it won a license by March 2011.
The 3G is the latest technology that enables customers to access high speed internet and allows to watch videos, live TV, video calls and other multimedia tasks. And through Airtel network, users will experience the world class internet speed.
Airtel has also introduced innovative 3G tariffs for data usage limits. It manages users the data usage and prevents them from high bill. The hour-basis bill will attract more users to the network.
The company had won the 3G spectrum out of the 22 telecom circles in a government auction in 2010. After Reliance Communications and Tata Teleservices, Airtel is the third operator to provide 3G services in India.
