Vince Lombardi was born on June 11, 1913. He was one of the greatest coaches ever, teacher, coach and leader to 5 NFL Championships, and 2 victories in Super Bowl I and II (Packers), and instrumental for bringing a previously defeated team to their 1st winning season in more than a decade (Redskins), and unfortunately succumbed to colon cancer on September 3, 1970.
