Samsung adds again the latest products in the line of Galaxy smartphones by introducing Galaxy Pro. However, unlike other Galaxy products which only use touch screen, this time Samsung try to show the Android phone with qwerty keyboard.
Using Android 2.2 aka Android Froyo, Galaxy Pro combines a large 2.8-inch touch screen with a full qwerty keyboard underneath. At first glance, the shape of this phone is like Motorola Charm which is also based on Android OS.
Samsung has embedded 800MHz processor in Galaxy Pro. Other specifications such as 3-megapixel camera, 512MB RAM, support Adobe Flash Player 10.1 until the 1350mAh battery.
Various features for businesses are also embedded in the Galaxy Pro, for example, support Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync and Think Free Office Document Editor to help viewing and editing Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
The plan, this phone will be immediately thrown into the British market, and followed by marketing to other countries. Not known the price of Galaxy Pro that seems to target the middle segment.
